      Pros

      Outstanding H&S. Interesting projects. Excellent technical knowledge amongst senior staff.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime is expected. Meetings that cannot be charged to clients are scheduled for lunchtime, with attendance mandatory. Staff pressured into working away from home for extended periods with no paid overtime. Promotion process is obscure. Some are promoted over others with no real explanation. Hard work by itself does not pay off. Regional managers are explicit in requiring extra curricular activities as a requirement of promotion. Lip-service paid to home/life balance and mental health. Management are uninterested in wellbeing, evidenced by exceptionally high turnover of staff. Any mistakes will instantly put a target on your back.

      Pros

      Still some left over interesting projects but quickly diminishing.

      Cons

      Management is obsessed with timesheets and productivity . No prospect of learning new skills as this doesn’t allow for the maximum profit for the company. Only care about making a profit from seconding staff or giving them project they know how to do as training minimises productivity. Junior staff is expected to clock 100% productivity and senior staff don’t have allocated time to training

      Not many to be honest.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, lack of skilled staff. A lot of inner cliques, and privileged behaviour. A lot of bullying internally, and straight lies (false promises made at the interview stage). They are doing a lot of marketing online to state diversity, equality, etc. They are also adding a lot of 5 star reviews on Glassdoor for themselves, so be wary. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
