      Pros

      Good access to trainings, codes and standards. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      If u want an average salary, no professional satisfaction, bad management, no recognition, frustration, retirement company, lack of diversity, a company that will not fight (not even try) to keep you, a place that will not help you grow, a company where you need to reinvent the wheel every time ....well this is your company :)

      There are some exciting and interesting projects but it is impossible/luck to get involved in them permanently

      Cons

      No career or salary progression, low salary, unapproachable and unreachable seniors, no transparency from seniors, no support from seniors, report writing outsourced to cut costs and extra burden put on checkers to rewrite, site work under-budgeted making it impossible to complete properly, career stagnation on extremely dull projects, pressure on productivity in timesheets, no mobile phone provided and expected to use personal phone for site work.
