Pros

- Interesting projects. - Good location and brand new office (London) - Part of a large global company (SNC-Lavalin) so opportunities to move around within the company. - Great opportunities in Project Management.

Cons

- Despite making all the right noises they are still recruiting mainly white men. - Poor progression for anyone who doesn't fit the right mold (even though they're always banging on about diversity and inclusion). - Failure to retain talented staff. - Lack of progression for technical careers. - Maternity benefits are 3 months full pay, 6 months SMP, 3 months nil.
