      Poor management (Architecture Hong Kong)

      Pros

      Great medical scheme. Average salary. Staffs are somewhat decent. CON: Part of a "global company" which means there's a lot of unnecessary admin work to even just to open a new project folder or gain access to a project.

      Cons

      The teams are poorly managed, lack of experienced senior architects and project architects. Directors are too desperate to get the job and always sell themselves short which staff have to do a lot of unnecessary overtime to make up for their mistakes.

      Pros

      Its very good for entry level cad. Good working environment, everyone is willing to help and explain. Projects and work is repetitive.

      Cons

      This job does not pay well and you don't really get much of a raise either (maybe about 1 percent a year). other company's will pay more for the same job. there is not much room to grow.

      Pros

      World class reputation in architecture... in the Middle East which lost its best designers a few years back. in Asia, however, it's a shamble of the bottom barrel ex-RMJM persons trying to relive their RMJM glory days

      Cons

      Very very political- almost seems that they hire certain people just to take the blame for their lacking abilities or their tardiness do to late night travels through the bars
