Good benefits. Interesting work and opportunities for international experience. Staff can be like family.

Cons

Company management are losing sight of the value in their employees. Current focus on innovation and reorganisation has changed the landscape of the company. Not a lot of career progression or training. Many great people made redundant leaving morale at an all time low.

Good work enviroment, bright new ideas only with no effect, world renowned projects always pending till the last day, sarcasm on deadline day reachs above infinity, HR always hard at work (busy telling people no in a diplomatic way) unless some poor guy begs, management always trying to get things done in a cheaper way, buy cutting wages.

Cons

Everything, Everyone, Management full of geniuses of egyptian intellect with backing of palestinian workforce, Racism like never seen before, a typical project when egyptianxpalestinians (with 1st world nationalties), Cartel realises it can't handle the project anymore dump it on indians, let the brits enjoy because they were born to do only this, Dubai branch described in a nutshell.

1. Lacks the spark and pace to truly innovate. 2. Not well joined up internally, despite efforts. 3. Sluggish systems and processes...can feel like public sector 20 years ago!
