Pros
- Great place to gain technical experience - Leading technical ability compared to competitors - Good graduate development programme - Can shape your own career - Very flexible and can manage your own work patterns independently (as long as you are productive) - CEO and director level seem to know what they are doing
Cons
- Remuneration poor at mid grade level. Better to get chartered, leave, come back 3 years later and skip 7 years of loyalty. - Company sometimes concentrates too much on head count and not enough on recruitment quality. - Senior management within teams can often look like headless chickens
