      Some good people to work with. Interesting work. Align yourself with the right manager and Atkins will look after you.

      Cons

      Below market average salary and penny pinching tendencies - except for senior managers. Incompetent management. Minimal leadership and strategy. Extremely top heavy structure. Useless HR, poor immigration/induction assistance. Tendency to ignore internal procedures. Virtually no useful communication from the leadership teams or between projects. Very siloed. Poor relationship with Atkins UK. Hire and fire culture with lousy progression opportunities, unless you are a senior manager.
