      Pros

      Good staff , expertise exists, but lack of projects.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics hurting the company badly. Reputation in the market being eroded. Clients are not the focus, marketing non existent and this shows in the recent drop in workload. Directors live in a bubble.

      Pros

      Some of your colleagues are really good, inspirational people with a good sense of humour. Making an attempt to embed innovation into the company.

      Cons

      People in management have no management experience, wrong people running the show. The CEO and lieutenants have no vision other than to say the right things at the next quarterly shareholder update. Confused strategy about whether to concentrate on UK or go harder on international work. Old fashioned mentality, not agile, not entrepreneurial, not changing with the times, poor salary and benefits, no bonus for most staff this year, older male dominated, not many non-white people. I could go on...
