Well established organisation, have some specific good focus in the industry and a very good graduate development and leadership programme, too often get out of their depth in the scale of the projects, especially in the Middle East.
Cons
Too big to have one vision and yet too small to properly complete with others in their sector, cannot be niche with their scale. Do not seem to have really cracked the markets outside of the UK and perhaps the Middle East, well established does not mean that the vision is clear. Still a massive schism between Atkins and F&G. The senior team has flashes of brilliance, but an awareness of the inner workings of Atkins is much more useful than an awareness of the external market meaning that it is hard to see where Atkins fits any more
