Pros
Was a small company with very talented employees and excellent management (this is no longer the case). All employees worked under a VP directly, with little management interference. Good support during issues. Excellent HR and accounting whom kept up with every detail and always had things in line. 401k benefit is fantastic. I used to feel valued as an individual, but that has drastically changed. Support for conference attendance and training. Used to give ample raises, which has stopped.
Cons
Caliber of employees has drastically decreased. Now they hire anyone. High overhead (take home pay is less than half of charge rate) to accommodate the old and unhealthy people's health insurance. They also don't want anyone to know their charge rate (?) Management is far removed from their employees and what is going on at each job location. Not a small company anymore, but they will continue to advertise that.
