      Overall nice people. Not micromanaged. Some very clever and talented people which is inspiring

      Lack of strategy, direction and vision from the top. Rudderless Engineers who have little business nous run the business Management too risk adverse Don't really have an international or global business, frankly laughable and dishonest to claim this The company is fast becoming a dinosaur and out of step with the times Creativity and entrepreneurship discouraged Cheap towards staff and clients Pay is woeful and training doesn't materialise The offices suck the life out of you, Epsom offices in particular are dreadful Talented people not recognised or rewarded, seen as a risk or a threat
