Atkore has a set of core values that we not only post and state but we live by every day, it's great to work for a company that truly lives by what they say! Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, respect, and Excellence. When you join the Atkore team you will experience these values and know what I am talking about.

I enjoyed the immersion process and feel that it is an excellent way to prepare new employees for their role with the company, strengthen the network and ensure employees understand the company culture. The immersion process can be completed within 30 - 45 days. The topics that were included as part of the immersion were critical areas that are essential to driving improvement with Atkore. The meet and greet process was an excellent part of the immersion process for building my network with Atkore. Atkore is an outstanding company that truly cares about its employees and knows how to build a strong culture.

I do not have any cons and I am fortunate to be a part of a great team here at Atkore.
