      Pros

      Great people to work with that are committed to the company and have significant experience. A few good business leaders are left since the change of ownership.

      Cons

      With a private equity owner, the focus is on the bottom line at all cost. Lost is the focus on the customer and delivering a quality product on time, the first time. A lot of new people have been brought in that don't understand the industry nor do they want to dig in to get the job done, they simply want to delegate.

      Pros

      good place to learn, before you go to work for another tube manufacturer.

      Cons

      was personally written up and suspended by a manager for LOTO procedures, because the head of safety from Harvey Il. was at our facility. even though there was no LOTO procedures in place. this was the same manager who was later terminated for certain agressive behaviors towards his supervisors.
