      Pros

      Atkore / Unistrut allow you to grow quickly. Bonuses are given monthly through the spot award scheme. The people from the shop floor to ELT's are approachable, friendly and to be honest the whole approach to the Atkore core values just work! The people are just honestly nice!! I have been here at the West Bromwich Unistrut site for two years and it really is a place of work I am enjoying daily.

      Some things need updating which the team and myself are working at an incredible pace to improve and update at the West Bromwich facility.

      We appreciate any kind of reviews received, whether they are good or bad, so thank you. It wasn't apparent until we did a closer dive into this location that there had been a challenge with employees, especially during the lockdown period where employees were working from home and isolated from day to day activities. Employees who were creating this challenge have since left and we have onboarded a new team of positive and professional team players who are keen to promote the Atkore brand and values.
