If you work in manufacturing, there are no pros. They will mistreat every chance they get!

Cons

No work life balance like they say, they will employ many tricks to try to fire you, do not respect the people who work hard and make the products which makes the company profitable, the union is no good.

They aren't allowed to beat the slaves.

Cons

Hot, dusty environment with exposure to PVC resin dust at all times. Shift supervisors are oppressive and mean. Poor pay, poor benefits, dangerous work environment. No chance for advancement from the ground floor.
