Strong leadership group that understands economic changes. Great branding strategy. Very transparent organization. Invests in their employees and supports career development goals

Cons

High turnover rate in middle management. Human resources can be extremely indecisive. Union leadership is difficult to deal with and leads to higher cost of operations. Work/ Life balance is not the best.

Close to home, a lot of good memories with co-workers.

Cons

No trust in management. New management every two years and each time they are more clueless. Too many layers of management and not enough workers to do the job correctly.

Great pay rate with great co workers.

Cons

Bad decission making. Got rid of all the people who knew how to opperate the mill to save money. Causing the plant to fail. Did not understand the buisness.
