Lean organization that provides exposure across the organization. Bringing in diverse talent - people from all industries with exceptional knowledge insights to move the company forward. Lots of processes/standard work in place. Reverse commute from the City of Chicago is an added benefit!

Cons

Could be frustrating for individuals who aren't used to working according to Lean processes or a business system.
