      Pros

      Atkore is a great company. The Values it promotes are real, leadership works to live and reward them. It's small enough that you aren't just a position but a person people know. Good mix of tenured and new team members. It's a highly talented group of people.

      Cons

      Some detachment from rank and file employees along with some additional bureaucracy, all normal company issues. Great place to work and develop a career
