      Pros

      Great benefits and they care about their employees. Conducted a lot of employee morale events and took surveys to see where they could better themselves, etc.

      Cons

      Put a lot of stress on management team. Expected them to do multiple jobs that wasn't related to each other.

      Pros

      Atkore has a solid leadership team which has implemented an outstanding performance driven culture based on the 5 core values of integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence and accountability. Atkore has also implemented a world class business system which has driven strong financial performance. The company also makes a conscious effort to ensure that the employees at large have a high level of understanding of where they fit into the company's overall strategy. Given that continuous improvement is also a key focal point of the overall culture, Atkore represents a great career enhancing place to work where employees grow through constant learning and development in a manner which represents a win win situation.

      Cons

      With the significant improvement efforts driven by the current leadership team in recent years and the presence of a culture which demands continuous improvement, it can prove to be very challenging to continue to drive further enhancements on an all ready strong base, however this is a nice problem to have.

      Employees learn continuous improvement and are given the tools and training necessary to make a difference. The people I work with are great because they genuinely care about company reuslts

      Fast paced and demanding work environment (which I prefer)
