      Pros

      Direct manager is very supportive and does what they can

      Cons

      No stake in employees that don't qualify for Annual Incentive Program (bonus). Everyone else is completely replaceable and not worthy of yearly recognition in a monetary form.

      Not many, if you like a lot of work with no recognition whatsoever...

      Cons

      Management will throw you under the bus if it gets them out of trouble even though employee had no part of it...

      Pros

      There is very high turnover so you might get lucky and get promoted just because someone leaves or is fired above you.

      Cons

      This is a highly corrosive environment where people are de humanized and treated like numbers. It seems a culture is fostered where assigning blame for failures is the number one objective. Accountability is supposedly a core value of this company but management can never be held accountable without severe retaliation. Very hypocritical. Ask almost any employee in the entire company why they work here and they will certainly say they are looking for a better opportunity just haven’t found one yet. It is clear the company has very little respect for employees.
