      Good benefits and fair pay rates.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for advancement. Outdated infrastructure makes doing many jobs more difficult than it should be. The better you are at your job the more work they will give you.

      This company has been great and flexible to my personal situation. I think your level of growth and job fulfillment will be dependent on who your manager is and that is with any company.

      Very Lean but the pro is that you gain a lot of experience taking on so many things

      Pros

      I've worked in many warehouses over the years, so I can evaluate Calpipe's with a helpful perspective. Incredibly organized warehouse with almost flawless inventory procedure and control. Warehouse staff is like a family who look out for each other, friendly work environment. Above average benefits, and many little perks that you won't get at similar jobs. I enjoy being there, and actually look forward to going to work. I've read there is a high percentage of false reviews on the web, believe me- this one is not.

      Cons

      The work is somewhat specialized because of the often heavy and awkward nature of the products. It does take skill to do many of the necessary tasks efficiently and safely, so I feel the wages/raises could be a little more robust.
