      First, please disregard a fraudulent review from someone claiming to be the Phx Plant Mgr and negatively reviewing Atkore. Pros - great company culture dedicated to hiring and developing the best people, creating and communicating our strategic direction and placing a high value on excellence in all we do. Focused on driving 5 core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect and Excellence. Communications and Atkore Business System are world class.

      Cons

      Medical benefit costs to the employee are slightly higher, but pay and incentives outweigh this higher cost. Too much emphasis on Harvey absorption that can impact decision making.
