      Pros

      The pay is descent and comparable to the geographical location. If one is good at identifying the key players and ego boosting, this is the place for you; that's how you'll move up.

      Cons

      Very old school management style. The environment is extremely corporate and political. The work style is frantic and does not address the root causes of systemic issues.

      Salaries are ok but they really want you working 24/7

      Cons

      Atkore UK/EUR, Talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. They will talk about Strategy People processes, they really don't care about the people. They talk a lot about culture but scratch below the surface you will see that this isn't true. Narcissistic 'blame' leadership in the UK, looking after themselves, and no ownership, yes everything is everyone else's problem. Culture is so bad, HR are only interested in ticking spreadsheets. Totally focused on profit and growth with it always being the customers fault. The business hides so much from its American owners, its incredible that it has never been caught.

      Im grateful to be celebrating 6 years with Atkore! Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, and I’ve learned so much along the way. I’m fortunate to work with such a supportive team that collaborates and pushes each other to succeed. I truly enjoy my role and the development opportunities I’ve had here, and I look forward to continuing this journey
