Corporate and executives don't care and laid a bunch of people off just to save their own jobs and salaries.

Mandatory overtime makes it hard to schedule things to do with your days off. They flip flop from schedule to schedule…..use to be 3 shifts 8 hours w overtime optional…..now its 12 hour days morning shift with an A or B shift And with mandatory overtime which makes no sense when it comes to output that they say they need but it somehow makes sense to them in some ridiculous way. Everything here makes no sense from training to excuses on why you cant get a raise. Don’t come here if you know your worth and have common sense. Work here if you need a job and like to beg for raises. Enjoy the people in charge wanting you to do their job and expect no raise or advancement….come at your own risk after reading this. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
