      Pay is decent for the area

      This is the worst place I've ever worked for. Management is incompetent, inconsistent, and will make you work every hour possible. Benefits are expensive.

      Pros

      The only saving grace of this place were the employees that work with getting you into the rhythm of things.

      Cons

      All boomers and older GenXers and it’s like that for a reason. They’ve accumulated the benefits and vacation time and appear to sacrifice their health for the daily deadlines as if they have no time for exercise or to keep up a proper diet. Very unclean environment as well I’d leacs with a strong industrial smell on my clothes and hair everyday. Also the road getting to the office is in terrible shape. You’d think such a profitable company would invest in the local area to at least improve the roads. The review entitled “Beware” covers everything else

      Atkore prides itself by living up to the core value’s accountability , teamwork, integrity, respect, and excellence. Each rotation I’ve had in the is company, I’ve been surrounded and worked with incredible people.

      Cons

      Depending what area you work in, operations can be demanding of your time every now and then. Nothing out of the ordinary.
