      Pros

      Teamwork from non-management was helpful.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism, too many managers delegating personal duties, and not enough people actually working. This is not a merit based environment - employee value is dependent on how much HR (one person) likes or dislikes you.

      Fantastic people to work with a leadership team that is focused on investing in the business and it's people for the future!

      Cons

      No major drawbacks or concerns. It's fast paced, so everyone needs to be aware of that, but if you enjoy working hard and learning new things, this is a truly great place to work.
