      You get excellent benefits and bonus options,

      Cons

      The operations management, from the executive level to the factory management, is very deficient. They have people who have been sitting in the management chair for over two decades (back when there were under 50 employees), and they are not able to execute or maintain the phase of the aggressive company growth strategy. Therefore, quality struggles were present, and business was lost due to poor performance.
