Pay range is above average for this area. My particular management and Supervisor are concerned and involved in their employees well-being.

Cons

Heat. Heaters heat the pipe in order to bend it. That makes is very hot in summer months. No sick leave policy. You lose points if you have to be out and too many points equals possible termination. Top management no longer concerns itself with their employees well being.
