      Very few individuals actually live up to the culture the company preaches Corporate politics are endless Very hard to get traction on projects without constant hurtles from upper management and team members Expect to wear 5-6 hats Poor safety and quality culture on the work floor Poor leadership Meetings about meetings constantly, very hard to get real work done Pay is average Benefits are average No loyalty to long-standing hard working employees
