      Pros

      It was a paycheck. Some of the people were nice to work with but the toxic culture is driving out the good ones, little by little. Occasional work from home options, but more so if you're one of the chosen few.

      Cons

      Chaos; no vision (or a poor one). Management are clueless, giving up, or are too short-sighted. They let the good people leave and promote the wrong ones. They care more about a failing business than the people who bust their tails working for it. Few, if any, opportunities for growth.
