      Short term struggles, but overall a great place to work

      Pros

      Great team Communication at many levels, "open door" type policy from new hires up to senior leadership team Lot of growth potential as a business and within the business as an individual.

      Cons

      Business unit I was with has grown the faster than they have been able to staff the business unit. The problem is being worked on, but has taken a while to get rolling.

      Atkore is extremely steady and consistent. Aggressive growth plans and hyper-focused on customers. Leadership demonstrates the core values. CEO is highly engaged and trusts his Senior Leadership Team. Leader in Product Innovation.

      Cons

      The Business Units are siloed, so coordination can be a challenge.

      I just completed my 5th year of employment at Atkore, I wanted to thank Atkore, ELT, SLT, and all the 4000 associates for a wonderful work environment experience. To be part of a corporate culture that resonates from the top down bottom up on living and embracing the core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect and Excellence each and every day is truly amazing. I have never wavered on my decision to work for Atkore as they execute on their strategy to build together, provide career opportunities and make you feel like you contribute to the overall success of the organization. Transparency and trust flow through all levels of the organization as we find “a way to yes” to deliver a positive customer experience in what we do.
