      Pros

      Atkore has built it's reputation and value staying true to it's Core Values and adherence to our business system. In approximately 10 years, Atkore has transformed its identity, focusing priorities on both short-term and long-term aspirations.

      Cons

      Change/improvement takes time. We continue to evaluate the impact of what's urgent today versus what has the biggest long-term impact. Finding a balance can be challenging but the mindset is there.

      Pros

      Atkore is a booming corporation with many individual business units/subsidiaries within it's network. There are numerous clear paths for advancement within the company, from any starting role. The culture is very open-door and open-communication, and it is a very diverse company. The company is setting itself up to sustain healthy and rapid growth for many years to come.

      Cons

      As with many growing corporations, there can be a delay in communication/action between the corporate headquarters and the individual business units. This employee has heard stories of burnout from some team members.
