I have been working with Atlantic Group for a little over two years now. The management supports their employees. The founding partners provide the firm with any tools the recruiters need to be successful. We have a great culture here as well. If you work hard, you can also have a great QOL. A lot of opportunity to grow. Great clients. Growing offices.

Cons

A lot of solid recruiters, competition, need to find the best people to get your candidates placed.

Family-like environment: small office so everyone knows everyone Fun office events: volunteer opportunities, happy hours, and holiday parties Training/Dev: I was trained for weeks and sat with each partner individually, most importantly the partners don't focus on negatives and understand that you're learning Work/Life balance: company understands and respects that you have a life outside of work

Cons

Parking near the Philly office is expensive; however, have the option to work out of the Blue Bell office
