I've been with the Atlantic Group for over a decade now, and I travel from pretty far away to do so. I would never do that to myself or my family if I didn't believe in the company and its Founders. The culture is you are treated as an adult no matter how many years experience you have. There is a full open door policy - great ideas are welcomed and encouraged. Unlike other recruiting firms, both clients and candidates are passed off to the recruiters from upper management consistently. This shows that they truly believe that their success hinges upon yours. Founders provide you with every resource possible to make money - upgraded systems, website access, upgrades, etc. Overall, if you want to make a good living while also enjoying the company of your colleagues, there is no better place. The negative comments posted here by ex-employees are simply the representation of disgruntled people that weren't as successful as they thought they might be.
