Pros

Good training if you are a new hire or new to the industry. Lots of opportunity to take on your own clients/go looking for them if you want to do business development. The Director of Corporate services, Tara, is amazing. Great to work with, reliable, takes the time to train and develop her employees to be successful.

Cons

Upper management should interact more with with business units outside of finance
