Worst place to work

Pros

None - if I could give it 0 stars I would

Cons

- You are absolutely not rewarded for your hard work. Commission structure is horrible and you get paid peanuts. - Management doesn’t give a damn about you as a person. You really are just another number to them. - Many employees (especially management) are racist, homophobic, and down right misogynistic. - The “diversity” here is laughable. There is none. - You will only fit in here if you are a white Republican/trump supporting male. - They have screwed people over who are looking for new jobs. It’s a company, not a family. It’s quite normal to look for new jobs. As a recruiting firm, you’d think they understand that. - No remote flexibility - No covid protocols in place. Many times there have been an outbreak where 5+ people test positive and nothing is done. You’re still forced to go into the office when this job could easily be done remotely. - Members of management have gone into the office WITH covid and clearly sick. Stay home and stop being selfish. - Anti-mask and anti-vaxx with no regard for the general public. - Barely any trainings in place or any substantial foundation put in place. No clear career path on how to get to the next level. - it’s no surprise the turnover rate is so high. Most people leave within 6 months-1 year. It’s actually laughable how bad the retention rate is.

Pros

Few... The only pro is that they find a lot of job opportunities for candidates. That said, the opportunities are across a wide spectrum.

Cons

Several.... They claim to perform a deep dive into a candidate's background in order to have a strong grasp on where a candidate stands in regards to their background, experience level, credentials, career aspirations, etc. They do not. They deceptively and aggressively sell you on a role by providing equivocal and often times "cookie cutter" job descriptions. Furthermore, they will nickel and dime your contract to the point that they are making more money per day or hour than you are... Consequently, you find yourself perplexed, defeated, and taken advantage of only a few weeks into your new career aka nightmare. In my honest opinion, there was a definitive lack of integrity, client-centric focus, and industry expertise.

Pros

None-really negative environment. They come off super nice and excited to have you, then find any way they can to screw with you, your commissions, anything really. If anything, decent training as a brand new recruiter-but learn what you can then leave after 6+ mos

Cons

Sneaky, cheap, unfair, they will burn you any way they can. Also if you quit, they will go out of their way to find out where yore going, who got you the job, and then likely try and ruin it for you vs being happy for you. Also diversity is a joke to them.
