Pros

Fun environment - definitely a partying company, both in and out of the office. Senior recruiters have great clients in the hedge fund space

Cons

Gambling and Illicit substances in the office daily. Tons of drama. You can also expect to hear about weekly scandals that are swept under the rug. They also read your personal emails, and try to control who you hang out with outside of work. Promotions are earned through politics which isn't ideal for up and coming recruiters.

Pros

-Freedom work/life balance if you bill -Potential to make a lot of money (at most recruiting firms and sales jobs)

Cons

-Horrible culture only getting worse -Tremendous turnover (over 15-20 people over the last 2 years) -They look through your private email if you access it from your work computer. They found out I was interviewing this way and it was extremely uncomfortable.

Due to the company being smaller/mid sized there is a lot of community within the organization.

Cons

Management tends to be all over the place in terms of rules and they they typically do not hold themselves to the same standards. There are a lot of managers who lead with their emotions and makes for a very unstable environment.
