We have a LOT of jobs to work on, it's been great for me - I've been learning a lot from the senior recruiters. Fun environment with happy hours and softball league. Great place for young people to learn how to be a successful recruiter.

Cons

Sometimes I'm not sure what to focus on during the day, I'd like more direction. Other than that, nothing.
