-Freedom work/life balance if you bill -Potential to make a lot of money (at most recruiting firms and sales jobs)

Cons

-Horrible culture only getting worse -Tremendous turnover (over 15-20 people over the last 2 years) -They look through your private email if you access it from your work computer. They found out I was interviewing this way and it was extremely uncomfortable.
