-Constant training for new recruiters with our senior mentors -Uncapped earnings potential -Tremendous opportunity to be exposed to all levels of the organization -Management truly cares about the growth and development of their team -Lots of team focused events like team sponsored happy hours, holiday celebrations, summer Fridays, Atlantic Group softball team, and company sponsored group workouts.

Cons

-If you want a typical 9-5 job where you stare in front of a computer screen all day, this is not the place for you.

The culture - awesome people, feels like a true team, everyone tries to help each other, people genuinely like each other here. great parties too. The ability to make money - this room buzzes with activity every single day - if you work hard and follow the lead of the senior recruiters (who are AWESOME!) you will be successful. The owners are good people, they really care about their employees and dont micromanage.
