Could have a better training program, everyone seems to have a different way of doing things, which can make it challenging/confusing depending on who you're working with.

Family-like environment: small office so everyone knows everyone Fun office events: volunteer opportunities, happy hours, and holiday parties Training/Dev: I was trained for weeks and sat with each partner individually, most importantly the partners don't focus on negatives and understand that you're learning Work/Life balance: company understands and respects that you have a life outside of work

Cons

Parking near the Philly office is expensive; however, have the option to work out of the Blue Bell office
