Social workplace Easy-going Lax dress code junior-level staff are motivated, excited, and friendly

I have had an incredible experience during my time at the Atlantic Group. It's hard to put into words how much this company has helped me transition from someone who had no idea or direction both professionally and personally to someone who can be proud of the career and life they built for themselves. The senior management took me under their wing and put their faith in me 5 years ago when I had zero industry experience. Because of their excellent mentorship and training I have not only been able to build a successful career I am proud of but also be happy with the work I do on a daily basis. I am not one to write reviews but I felt it was needed after seeing one negative review in particular that can not only be viewed as an outright lie but furthermore, as defamation. I am a passionate supporter of BLM, LGBTQ+ rights, women's rights and everything else that falls under the umbrella equal rights for all. NEVER have my views been shunned or looked down upon during my tenure here. I urge those who are interested in working for this company to ignore the blatant lies some disgruntled people left and to meet the amazing people who work here yourselves. If you work hard and are a good person, this is somewhere you can thrive and be successful
