Social workplace Easy-going Lax dress code junior-level staff are motivated, excited, and friendly

Cons

No HR department Wage discrimination between myself and another employee with a more senior title (and others) Lack of development opportunities Inconsistent PTO policy with recruiters (only 10 days) Added responsibilities outside of my job description (receptionist, office manager, accounts receivable) Email tone/cordiality poor amongst colleagues Overall lack of structure, standardized procedure, training inconsistent WFH policy no PTO payout for employees who leave voluntarily male-dominated, water cooler culture
