The company has an amazing culture and truly feels like a family. There's not really politics on the corporate level and you don't feel like a number. You truly feel your voice is heard. The work/life balance is definitely here, which can sometimes be hard to find in property management. It is a smaller company but it's growing, which is exciting to see. There is also growth opportunity.

Cons

Employer 401K contribution is low. If I were to change anything, it would be that.

Strong leadership, solid systems/processes, always explore the newest technology/tools to help employees be effecient, great pay/benefits, advancement opportunities and all around good people.

Cons

We love our reports around here. However, this is not really a con in my opinion. If anything, it helps us keep stay in sync with the pulse of the assets we manage and provide better performance.

*fantastic support staff *growth potential EVERYWHERE! They love to promote from within! And they have communities everywhere- so transfers are also an option if you like to travel *upper management is friendly, supportive, and approachable *they are building a great culture *they give you the tools to do you job *they offer opportunities throughout the year to continue your education through seminars, training classes, and certifications. *upper management truly wants your feedback on all matters. They really do care about their employees, their communities, and their residents.

Cons

No cons for me! I have stayed with them for 3+ years and look forward to many more!
