      Pros

      I was looking for a company that I could call my forever work home and I found it with Atlantic Shores. Management is caring and listens not only to the residents but it's employees. It's nice to start my workday coming to a beautiful facility and know that I am helping our seniors in some way each day.

      Cons

      I wish I did not have to drive so far to get to work. :)

      Pros

      Great company-putting staff first. Pay increases to get with the times. Food Trucks, staff events monthly (Holiday parties, axe throwing, pool parties, stretch lab/masseuse just to name a few fun things!). FB Department: Has long tenured leadership, great training program and room for growth.

      Cons

      Parking can be a headache some days-especially as the company grows with residents and staff. Communication always a work in progress.
