Company offers employees several different benefits that supersede most companies their size, it makes it worth staying with the company longterm.

Cons

Because the management and departments heads have been employed with the company for so long, they have become extremely complacent and lazy. The entire community it top heavy, and most dont have the leadership skills required to manage people.
