Decent pay once you're there for a year . Lots of hours during summer months. Excellent management. Plenty of vacation time. 401K and health insurance.

Cons

Slow during winter months. Horrible starting pay. Long hours and travel.

Get a vehicle to travel Opportunities to learn alot Opportunities to get many certifications

Cons

Never know where your working day to day, and usually dont find out until the night before around 5 or 6. Dont drug test. Have the people that work do drugs No opportunities to move up No matter how hard you work you are never recognized or acknowledged for anything Very low pay

Nowhere for growth. Looked down on when left, except they wouldn't give me a raise so I had to go. Also high turnover with field staff, and many field staff don't care about what they are doing so the quality of work is poor.
