Pros

The job as an Environmental Tech is pretty easy and straightforward. You have a lot of free time and sometimes there's free wifi on job sites which you can use to apply to other jobs. They won't drug test unless you crash their car or something.

Cons

The pay isn't great, and supervisors do not inform you of your schedule until 6pm the night before. Your schedule changes a lot, so it becomes difficult to make plans. There is also not much room to move up in the company.

There are some good people there, it helps to commiserate with others.

Cons

Management does not value its people. They do not respect their employees. They work people too hard for too little compensation. Time off and vacation time are not good.
