      Unorganized executives do not hold employees to their responsibilities.

      Cons

      Pay/ Benefits, Time-Off, Management, Offices, Work/ Life Balance. Several managers have anger issues and constantly scream and swear at their employees (with NO repercussions). Executives attempt to hide their ineptness by only hiring employees from within who are under-qualified. This company is unable to train their employees because none of their Executives or Managers have any true business sense and are unaware of the changing business world.
