Cons

Poor training and lack of management. Higher ups never visited but constantly gave out more work without seeing how several workers were already drowning in work

The training doesn't exist, then there is nepotism, favoritism, and abuse of power. The employees keep leaving because it is so unorganized. Apply at your own risk Very bad leadership.
